| Departure
Point: If you have your ticket and you have checked in then make your way to the bottom of the Lifeboat Station steps where you will meet our boarding master 15 minutes before departure time. Cancellations Passengers may cancel their booking with full refund no later than 24 hrs before sailing. We reserve the right to cancel trips without warning due to bad weather conditions or for mechanical breakdown, in which case you will receive a full refund or you can go on an alternative boat trip. When do we operate: Our boat trips run from 21st March to 31st October. For trips and private charters outside these dates please contact us. Can I bring my dog: They are welcome on the boats. Some dogs are confident onboard but some dogs get quite stressed so our trips may not suit all. If you are unsure there is a doggy sitting service offered by Pembrokeshire Sheepdogs in St. Davids, telephone 01437 721677. |
Cameras,
Videos & Binoculars: You may bring your cameras, video cameras and binoculars at your own risk. Wear a strap so that you don’t drop equipment over the side. We stop so that you can take pictures but bring a camera bag with you so that they don't get splashed. Information: Take warm waterproof clothing with you. If you are landing on Ramsey Island it is advisable to take refreshments with you although light refreshments are available at the farmhouse on the island at set times. We cannot guarantee specific sightings as all birds and marine life travel vast distances every day. A safety briefing will be given on departure. Passengers appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused passage on the boats. In such circumstances you will forfeit your right to a refund. Full 3rd party insurance liability is provided for all passengers.
